The 13th of december the "Tale Teller" came to our school to represent a theatre play called "Dorothy's Dance Camp".
The 13th of december the "Tale Teller" came to our school to represent a theatre play called "Dorothy's Dance Camp".
We meet the
caretaker of a school, who is preparing the school for the summer school dance
camp. She is not happy about more children coming. She doesn‘t like cleaning up
their mess.
We meet the
characters Dorothy, Tina, Scot and Leo.
Each one has
to fill out the questionnaire about what they are good at. Dorothy shows the
audience her new dancing shoes that she loves. She leaves them behind and the caretaker
steals them and leaves Dorothy a note saying that if she wants her shoes back
she must make her friends do a task that they will find very difficult.
Dorothy asks
her new friends to help her get her shoes back.
Finally, they all overcome their fears and do the tasks.
We had lots of fun, and at the end we asked questions to the actors and they answered.
